Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at AI Gadget (accessible via aigadgetsaa.store). We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our smart electronics.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your gadget must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging (including all cords, manuals, and accessories).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Did your item arrive broken or faulty? Don't worry, we've got you covered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Send an email to support@aigadgetsaa.store with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will either ship you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge or issue a full refund. You won't have to pay for our mistake!
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for security or hygiene reasons:

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.

Items that have been heavily used, modified, or damaged by the user.
4. Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).
5. Return Shipping Costs

For defective or damaged items, AI Gadget will cover all replacement or refund costs.

For change-of-mind returns (e.g., if you simply changed your mind or don't want the gadget anymore), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
